We do NOT perform real estate sales at our brokerage! We have a disciplined focus on executing one service at the highest level: Property Management.
When your investor client decides to sell or wants to buy more property, they will be directed back to you as their agent. We are NOT your competitor, like many other property management companies. We are a strong resource and have great community broker/agent relationships outside of our firm for this reason! We help Brokers and Agents successfully transact with more investors by sharing our knowledge, caring for assets, and providing a great experience.
Licensed Brokers and Agents get PAID for investor client referrals!
Peak is committed to building long term and mutually beneficial relationships with Brokers and Agents. When our team successfully signs a Property Management Agreement with a Landlord / Property Owner referred by a Broker or Agent, the referring Broker or Agent will be paid equal to 1 month's management fees for that property. This doesn't matter if it's a single family house, or a 100 unit apartment building or medical office building! Even better, if the investor client you referred to us continues to bring in more properties to our company, we will pay referral fees for EACH NEW PROPERTY the investor client brings in, assuming they were not specifically and expressly referred by another Broker or Agent.
Ultimately, we are a resource and can be considered an extension of your team!
We play well with other brokerages and work hard to support them.
